The 14th of February marks not only Valentine’s Day but the middle of the last month of winter and therefore it’s the perfect day or week to start to refresh and do some pre-spring cleaning. Not your home, but your neglected winter body!
I don’t know about you, but I’ve not shaved my legs since the holidays, and my diet has been so-so, and most days I feel like a sack of potatoes in my oversized sweaters. I don’t feel sexy at all, nor do I feel in the mood for any couples romance.
