It’s been a while since I last did an iHerb Haul.
We’ve been mostly purchasing the same things over and over again, with a random beauty product thrown into the order here and there. Therefore I thought an iHerb Repurchase Haul was in order!

Garden of Life | B12 Spray
As a vegan, I try to be responsible of taking B12. But don’t think that just because you eat an omnivorous diet you shouldn’t take one too! It’s estimated that up to 20% of people aged 50 and over may be low in vitamin B12, with this deficiency becoming more common as people get older.
I wouldn’t say that I take many supplements, but I do enjoy taking B12 in spray-form as to
It’s also said to be more bio-available if sprayed under the
MRM | Vegan Vitamin D3 5000IU
MRM offers one of the cheapest vegan D3 supplements on the market, as well as high doses of it! A lot of the vegan D3 supplements only go as high as to 2500IU., but there are brands coming out to at least 3000IU.
Vitamin D is important for numerous things and should be taken if you live in any city above Lisbon from Late August to May.
The MRM vegan D3 I can testify through blood tests that they are effective in increasing vitamin D levels! Despite them not being formulated with the addition of some fats which can help with absorption. I always take them with my lunch that includes plenty of fats though. However, something I’ve learned is that everyone’s different at absorbing and storing.
My boyfriend, for example, seems to absorb these very well to the point that taking 5000IU on a daily basis almost leads to toxic levels.
It’s not easy to overdose on vitamin D, but always go test yourself and monitor how much
MRM | Global Greens
After coming across MRM vegan D3, I looked up what else vegan they had and this green powder popped up. I believe I’m on my fifth repurchase?!
It offers so much value for the price than any other green powder I’ve come across! This literally should cost at least double the price, but it’s only like $24! I always try to wait until iHerb offers an additional brand discount on MRM products too ;)
It’s not the best tasting alone – kudos to you if you can drink it straight with water! The way I get all the goodies inside me is with an old fashioned smoothie.
It could be placebo, but I always feel like my immunity is top notch whenever I have this in my diet. The MRM Global Greens contains over 70 greens, superfoods, adaptogens with the addition of enzymes and probiotics! Some of the cool stuff in there
And best of all, it’s vegan! Go try it!
COSRX | Pimple Patches
While I don’t feel like they work that well in minimizing bumps. Like, whenever I use them on a white head, then yes, it sucks out the white goo. BUT. They also create a tiny wound as if I had squeezed it out myself? Which forces me to use two patches; one for sucking and one for healing. If I can gently squeeze it out myself, I’ll do it to save me an extra patch.
Overall, I really don’t know how I’ve survived without them! Other than serving as a band-aid for any
Where were these patches back then?! Because after three days, that little self-accident, healed up and only left a microscopical scar instead of the craters my cat left on me!
Another thing they are great for is mouth soars. Quite obvious, considering they are made exactly the same as mouth soar patches… However, for some reason, acne patches are way cheaper?!
Anyway, they are handy, a must, whether you suffer from pimples or not. But if you experience more than just that occasional blemish once a month, this isn’t a cure for that. For minimizing scaring, I’d look into a scar cream that creates a silicone-film over the area. Like the
Monoi Tiki Tahiti Tiare | Coconut Oil Vanilla
My absolute favorite body and hair oil must be this one! The vanilla scent, while synthetic, is divine and makes you smell like a freshly baked cookie!
I’m honestly not a huge fan of vanilla scents, but this one is too good for anyone to hate on.
Now, I’ve actually only repurchased this one twice, but that isn’t to say that there won’t be more! It just lasts me a very long time and I usually only use it frequently during the summer months.
There are 7 scents to choose from. While I’d like to explore some of the others, I find myself sticking to vanilla as boring as that sounds. Monoi Tiare Tahiti used to offer liquid fragrances but seems like iHerb doesn’t sell them anymore.
Because the oil is coconut-based it will be solid in colder temperatures. But it’s easily fixed by placeing the bottle under some running – or still – water.
I do wish that they would come in a jar instead, but in the summer that isn’t much of an issue. Hence, why I usually will only use it in the summer time.
Aura Cacia | Carrier Oils
More oils! I found iHerb to be a great place to buy carrier oils for various purposes. Aura Cacia is one of the brands I
I’ve tried a bunch, from Tamanu oil to Rosehip oil, to basics
Other than that, I’ve been happy with the things I’ve gotten from the brand and recommend them if you’re looking for high-quality oils for your own DIY skin and body care.
California Gold Nutrition | LactoBif Probiotics 5 Billion CFU 10 Caps
iHerb quite often offers these in
Other probiotics I’ve tried from iHerb: NOW Foods 50 and 25 Billion, and Garden of Life Primal Defense HSO Probiotic.
